What is your refund and return policy?

Because of the handmade nature and capacity of our small one-person operation, all sales are final. However, we would feel sad if you didn't enjoy your uno+ichi item. If you don’t feel fuzzy inside from your purchase, please send us an email so we can discuss options that will make you sleep more cozy at night.

 

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your piece arrives broken, please send us a photo within 5 days of the delivery date. We’ll send a replacement if we have one in stock or work on a new one for you as soon as possible. If it’s a one-of-a-kind piece, we’ll issue a refund if it arrives damaged. Remember to share photos within 5 days of delivery so we can help.

For other kinds of damage not related to shipping, please email us at hello@uno-ichi.com with a note about what’s wrong, and we’ll look into it.

 

Do you offer wholesale?

We don’t currently offer wholesale, but we’re grateful for your interest! Feel free to sign up for our newsletter and follow us on Instagram to stay in the loop if and when we’re ready to expand into wholesale.

 

How are the items made?

Every Uno+Ichi item is handmade by Hana in a local studio. Most pieces are crafted using a blend of ceramic techniques—wheel-throwing, handbuilding, and mold-making—giving each piece its own unique character. Because they’re made by hand, you may notice little variations that make each item one-of-a-kind. While Hana’s the solo artist behind each piece for now, we hope to grow our team in the future!
